Global Manpower Supply Solutions - Skilled Worker
Originally a training company we were regularly asked if we knew skilled workers to fill shortages in staffing. We saw a synergy and formed Safety Works Global Manpower solutions and have combined training and recruiting by utilising what we term “CELLS” which stands for Competency, English Language & Safety screening.
Within our ``CELLS`` process & costs we conduct ECITB ICE Knowledge Technical Skills testing, the ECITB eIHSP, check Technical Certification equivalency to UK RQF & administer either the UKVI SELTS English tests or a relevant B1 English test for placements outside the UK, when screening possible hires.
We are an Ethical Recruiter and will never ask candidates for upfront fees relating to our recruitment process.
Global Manpower Supply Solutions - Health Care
We have applied our simplified use of technology and 'CELLS' methodology used within our Skilled Worker recruitment process to significantly ease application & recruitment for both prospective employees and Health Care employers.
We use bespoke online screening involving one way video interviewing that includes verbal/ written responses and document uploads. Within our process & costs we carryout IELTS English Language Testing, Qualification equivalency checks are undertaken within the UK & where necessary the NMC Computer Based Testing is taken by candidates.
We are an Ethical Recruiter & are working to the Code of Practice for the International Recruitment of Health & Social Care Personnel.
Trainer development – train the trainer development programme
We offer Train the Trainer packages for all of our courses. We will come into your company and train Local Nationals in the workplace / training centres to bring them up to the levels required by Accrediting Bodies.
