The new ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity (MJI) Standards are now based around MJI01 which fulfils the Knowledge Requirements for the suite of MJI courses.

MJI-01 Mechanical Joint Integrity First Principles – This brand new ECITB Training Standard covers the knowledge requirement for the courses below and is an ideal baseline for already skilled employees or prospective employees.
MJI01 is an ECITB certified course in its own right or can be combined with the practical training and assessment courses to form a blended learning solution.
Freeing up your staff, allowing worldwide baselining / interview screening or simply take the course to stay current.
Once complete claim your MJI01 Certificate and/or move onto the Face to Face Training (F2F) and Assessment of the Blended Solution

The Face to Face element consists of 1.5 days practical training and assessments comprising of the following:
MJl10 Hand Torque Bolted Connection Techniques
This course covers specifications, methods, processes, techniques, and procedures for using hand torque wrenches. It will explain how to remove components from hand torque bolted connection systems, how to replace and reassemble securely and verify the integrity of assembled joints.
MJl18 Hydraulically Tensioned Bolted Connection Techniques
This course covers specifications, methods, processes, techniques, and procedures for using hydraulic tensioning equipment. It will explain how to remove components from hydraulic tensioned bolted connection systems, how to replace and reassemble securely and verify the integrity of assembled joints.
MJl19 Hydraulic Torque Bolted Connection Techniques
This course covers specifications, methods, processes, techniques, and procedures for using hydraulic torque wrenches. It will explain how to remove components from hydraulic torque bolted connection systems, how to replace and reassemble securely and verify the integrity of assembled joints.
